activities
The following visa Programs are designed for Business people intending to
emigrate into Australia:
Subclass 160 - Business Owner (Provisional)
Subclass 161 - Senior Executive (Provisional)

Australia's Business Migration program is designed to attract successful
business men/women who have been in business for Two of the last Four
Financial years and planned to make business activities in Australia in
qualifying business which Australia is interested in, in return, Australian
government rewards those people with Business Provisional or permanent visas
for Australia.
To be eligible for a Business Skills visa, Applicants must fall in to the
one of the following categories as a main criterion*:
Be under 55 years of age, and For at least Two of the last Four financial
year before the application is made:
1- the net value of the assets of the applicant or the applicant’s spouse or
together in a businesses in which the applicant had an ownership interest
was at least AU$ 500 000; and if a qualifying business mentioned was
operated by a publicly listed company, the shareholding of them should be at
least 10% of the total issued capital of the company, and For at least 2 of
the 4 immediate years before the application is made the businesses annual
turnover has been at least AU$ 3000, 000.
Or
The applicant must be under 45 years of age.
And in Two years of the last 4 financial years immediately before the
application is lodged, had an ownership interest in a main business or
businesses that had an annual turnover of at least AU$ 500,000; or is a
senior manager.
The business and personal assets of the applicant, or the applicant and his
or her spouse together:
have a net value of at least AU$ 500,000 that is available for the conduct
or establishment of a business in Australia within the first 2 years after
the visa granted.
And The applicant genuinely has a realistic commitment, after entry to
Australia as the holder of Business visa to establish a qualifying business
or to participate in an existing qualifying business in Australia.
